At Wapiti Medical Staffing, our culture is largely driven by our ICARE Values: Integrity, Commitment, Adaptability, Responsiveness, and Empowerment. These are the guiding principles our team utilizes to better achieve common goals, both professionally and personally.
Gayle Stahl, Wapiti Operations Manager, is a shining example of these values. Gayle is the founder and president of Hope House, a new sober living home located in Huron, SD. The mission of Hope House is to provide an environment where an individual can apply the tools of recovery in a safe and supportive home and sustain sobriety to live a life of true freedom. Hope House is currently accepting applications from women who are ready to make recovery a priority. Matt Flikka, Wapiti Recruiter, is also a board member of the organization.
Gayle credits Wapiti with empowering her to make her vision of Hope House a reality. She states, “If it wasn’t for Wapiti in my life, this dream would not have been possible. I truly appreciate working for a company that encourages community involvement and pouring into my development professionally, which helps me personally.”
Gayle was given an opportunity to share her words about Hope House in the recent Prairie Tracks magazine. Learn more about Gayle’s journey with Hope House by reading the magazine article here or by visiting the Hope House website.
